You may download and complete the Enrollment Form and Records Release Form prior to registering your student at the Middle School. In order to process a student's registration in a timely manner, we will need to have a copy of the student's birth certificate, social security card, and immunizations. If a student is registering in the middle of the school year, it is our policy to have the student's academic records from the previous school prior to starting with the Middle School. This process usually takes at least one week. Therefore, the sooner you can turn in the signed Records Release, the sooner the student can start. We also require a short reading, language arts, and mathematics test so we can be sure to place the student in the appropriate class. This test usually takes approximately one hour.
